When it comes to my base, I like a really dewy finish. Keeping the glow is important especially through the warmer months especially as I like a healthy, natural glow to the skin! To maintain a glow, I like to use both makeup and skincare products as I'm not fortunate enough to have it naturally. I've compiled a handful of products to help with an artificial glow!
SKINCARE
Starting with skincare, the Simple Illuminating Radiance Cream* is where it's at. This is really hydrating, which is perfect if you have dry/dehydrated skin. For those of you with oily skin, don't worry as it's an actual moisturiser and doesn't need to be worn in addition to another moisturiser as it has an SPF 15. The light reflecting particles really work well at achieving a glow from within appearance and gives a nice radiant look!
MAKEUP
Onto makeup. I like to continue the whole radiant look by using the Bourjois Happy Light Luminous Serum Primer which also gives a radiant look and prepares the skin for additional makeup. A really versatile glowy product is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Instant Radiance Touch which can be worn under makeup, mixed in with foundation, on top of your foundation or all three! In the warmer months, I personally tend to opt for a more subtle highlight. The Kevyn Aucoin Creamy Glow Duo is perfect for achieving it. It's not glittery in the slightest, but does provide a natural glow that catches the light effortlessly. To finish everything off, I love using the Bourjois Java Powder. This is a beautiful rose scented powder with light reflecting pigments in it. This is a nice versatile product as you can use it all over the face for an overall glow or concentrate it on the areas you want the light to hit for a more intense highlight.
