5 PRODUCT FACE

More often than not, there are days when I'm going out, but I don't want a full face of makeup, whether it's the fact that I don't have enough time or I'm quickly going to the shops or college etc. On days like this I opt for really minimal makeup, but I pick a handful of products that I know will get the job done.

1. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer

For my five product face, I wouldn't opt for a foundation or proper base product as I like to maintain a natural look. Also because I would find it weird if I were to apply a foundation or tinted moisturiser and not a concealer or powder. By using a concealer, I can apply it in the areas that I need it, where a foundation or tinted moisturiser wouldn't even provide as much coverage anyway.

2. Sleek Face Form Kit

Contour is probably one of those products that wouldn't make it into everyone's five product face, however it makes it into mine. I love having a more defined face and slightly contouring that double chin of mine. It also can double as bronzer for some, especially if you have a darker skin tone as it can make the makeup look more natural as darker skin tones are never one shade.

3. Maybelline Brow Drama

When I'm trying to use a little product as possible, I don't opt for the whole brow pencil, brow set, concealer malarky as it's too long and unnecessary on days when I want a really minimal makeup look using a small amount of products. I definitely opt for a tinted brow gel as it keeps my brows in place, but gives them a little bit of a tint making them look somewhat fuller and neater.

4. Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara

I don't even gravitate towards eyeshadow, not even in a pencil or cream eyeshadow form. I like a couple coats of mascara and I'm good to go! Mascara makes a huge difference to any makeup look as I find it really opens up your eyes as well as giving them some definition. This mascara in particular is great for adding length as well as some volume too.

5. MAC Plumful Lipstick

This is a gorgeous plummy shade, perfect for those who are a little scared to delve into the world of bold lipsticks. It's a lustre finish, so isn't incredibly pigmented, which makes it a lot more wearable. I love this for an everyday look as I can sheer it out a little bit and overall, it isn't too out there either and is still relatively natural.
